Modern Slavery Policy

Modern Slavery Act 2015 & Transparency in Supply Chains

About this policy

2015, sets out the approach taken by Green Park Pharma UK Ltd and its operations to ensure that slavery, servitude, forced labour, and/or human trafficking (together "Modern Slavery") do not exist in our supply chains.

Our business & values

Green Park Pharma UK Ltd is registered at: Office 6, Chi An Lorell, Aerohub Business Park, St Mawgan, Newquay, United Kingdom, TR8 4JZ. Company number: 14334779.

What We Do We develop, manufacture, and supply innovative liquid formulations to provide suitable alternatives to tablets and capsules, ensuring all patients can easily benefit from their medications. This includes targeting solutions for those who have difficulty swallowing pills and using advanced encapsulation technology to transform how medications are delivered and experienced.

Green Park Pharma UK Ltd is driven by a commitment to patient-centric care, innovation in drug delivery, and rigorous adherence to ethical practices within all aspects of our business, including our supply chains.

Green Park Pharma UK Ltd has four core values that guide all our actions:

Patient Priority:

Our patients, whether battling cancer, managing chronic diseases, or requiring pain relief, rely on healthcare professionals, including us, to navigate complex clinical pathways towards recovery. We must always act with empathy and urgency as if the patient were one of our own.

Innovation and Improvement:

Every innovation, whether big or small, integrated into our processes can drive value through enhanced product quality, cost reductions, and increased capacity. This benefits us and our partners and expands the capabilities of healthcare systems to treat more patients effectively.

Continuous Learning:

There is always more to learn. To achieve our vision, we must continuously expand our knowledge of science, technology, processes, and clinical practices. Deepening our understanding of our partners’ needs through ongoing learning and expertise development is crucial.

Commitment to Our Community and Your Career:

We value our community and are committed to the mutual care and respect that fosters a strong sense of connection and belonging. We also focus on your career development, offering roles that utilise your strengths, promote autonomy, and enhance your learning and growth.

Green Park Pharma UK Ltd, with its dedicated team of fewer than 20 employees, operates solely in the United Kingdom, which is recognised as a low-risk country by the global slavery index. We adhere strictly to a zero-tolerance policy for modern slavery.

Our Human Resources and Executive teams ensure compliance through rigorous due diligence on new suppliers, mandatory compliance terms in all contracts, and regular assessments of critical suppliers.

Modern Slavery Oversight:

To prevent modern slavery in our supply chain, we implement rigorous oversight measures, including regular supplier assessments and mandatory compliance checks. Suppliers failing to meet our standards are re-evaluated for continued collaboration.

Training and Policies:

As a small team committed to ethical practices, we recognise the importance of awareness and training in combating modern slavery and human trafficking. We are developing a training program tailored to our needs and resources, which will become a key component of our onboarding and continuous education efforts. This program will be designed to ensure all team members understand the risks associated with modern slavery and human trafficking, particularly those involved in procurement and supplier management. Our policies will be structured to encourage openness, protect whistleblowers, and provide clear channels for reporting any concerns or unethical practices, ensuring every team member feels supported and empowered to uphold our values.

Effectiveness in Combating Slavery and Human Trafficking:

Our Executive team periodically reviews our efforts against modern slavery, reflecting on the efficacy of our training programs, supplier due diligence, and staff checks to ensure all practices uphold our high standards.

Our Board endorses this statement and is a testament to our commitment, undersigned by our CEO.
